What Will You Be Doing?
* Owning the email marketing strategy – from planning to execution, ensuring best practices and compliance.
* Developing and executing CRM campaigns to drive customer retention, loyalty, and revenue.
* Segmenting and personalising email communications based on customer behaviour, lifecycle stages, and data insights.
* Optimising email performance through A/B testing, deliverability improvements, and creative enhancements.
* Managing automation workflows to nurture leads and re-engage lapsed customers.
* Collaborating with content, design, and performance marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
* Analysing and reporting on key CRM and email metrics, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.
* Staying ahead of industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to improve email performance.
What Will You Bring to the Party?
* Proven experience in CRM and email marketing, ideally within e-commerce.
