We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and self-motivated registered nurses to work within our Care Home settings in Glusburn.
The Service
Founded in 1866, Malsis Hall is a listed building which has been extensively renovated to a high standard whilst reflecting the history of the building. The service has been developed to provide luxurious accommodation for the people who will live there, and the site boasts several living opportunities for a person to have a clear pathway back into the community. Following assessment, a person may stay in one of our Suites (for those who require a high level of support) or our Cottages or studio apartments which enable a person to live as independently and safely as they are able to with the appropriate care.
The Team
The successful candidate will be part of a multi-professional team of Nurses, Support/Recovery Workers, Therapists, and housekeeping personnel, whose role will be to support each individual to recovery and enable them to lead a valued and meaningful life promoting their choices, aspirations, and independence. The Service consists of a 35 bedded purpose-built Care home and, in contrast, 12 studio apartments set in cottages and Malsis Hall which includes accommodation for up to 7 individuals as well as extensive conference and communal facilities.
Essential Skills
* First Level Registered Nurse
* Caring and supportive manner
* Honesty and integrity
* Minimum of 1 Year RMN experience for Staff Nurse post
* Minimum of 3 Years RMN experience for Senior Staff Nurse post
* Named Nurse experience
