Regional HR Business Partner/Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Provide support in talent acquisition and management.
3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
4. Facilitate employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
5. Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
