Reporting to the Site Training Lead, you will co-ordinate, track and deliver all job specific and key skills training required for an assigned area or shift. Duties will include an introduction to the department when a colleague joins or transfers into to a new role, ensuring completion of and competency against job specific SOPs, refresher training and updates and ad hoc training as required. The hours of work for the role will be Full Time Monday - Friday day shift, however flexibility will be required to cover weekends or evenings as required in line with needs of the department.
