The Opportunity
This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Global Student Recruitment and Admissions Directorate. The Directorate is responsible for leading the University’s Recruitment, Applicant Marketing, Admissions and Enquiries and International partnerships development objectives.
The post manages the University’s global partnerships strategy, focusing on Transnational Education (TNE) and supporting student progression activities in collaboration with the Recruitment team.
Using market and global trend analysis, the role targets partnership development overseas, supporting research, education, and international recruitment. It coordinates business development through established University procedures, creating models to evaluate new opportunities from strategic and financial perspectives.
After launching new partnerships, the post oversees annual reviews and analyses their strategic and financial performance. It advises senior leadership, works with academic and administrative teams, and promotes partnerships to enhance the University’s global profile.
As the lead for international partnerships business development, the role ensures clear key account management, liaising across Schools, Faculties, and the Registry to deliver compliant partnerships efficiently.
The role involves substantial internal collaboration and extensive external interaction, including travel, to engage with partners, networks, agencies, and regulatory bodies.
