We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our multidisciplinary team on a self-employed basis.
You will provide the highest standard of care to a self-pay and private medical insured patient caseload, following our established clinical pathways from initial triage to discharge.
As an effective communicator and self-starter, you will build lasting relationships with clients and collaborate with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Sports Therapists, and Personal Trainers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Take professional responsibility as an Osteopath, including decision-making, autonomy, and clinical reasoning, to triage, assess, diagnose, and treat your caseload.
2. Use a consultative approach with new clients to prescribe and plan effective treatments for lasting outcomes.
3. Attract and retain clients through excellent patient management.
4. Build and maintain referral relationships with external partners such as sports clubs, gym instructors, PTs, and consultants.
5. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations to deliver consistent service and customer experience.
6. Engage in continuous professional development, including attending relevant conferences and events.
7. Communicate effectively with referring parties to ensure continuous and uninterrupted care.
8. Proactively attract new and returning clients, including leading corporate workshops in collaboration with the partnerships manager.
9. Support the clinic’s multidisciplinary team in developing service improvements.
10. Adhere to the GOsC’s Code of Members' Professional Values and Behaviour.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
* Full registration with the GOsC.
* Ability to work autonomously while following Bodyset’s clinical pathways.
* Evidence of ongoing professional development.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in generating new business and managing your own client caseload.
* Experience working in private healthcare.
* At least 1 year of relevant postgraduate clinical experience.
