We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and motivated Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in planning, organising, and executing an array of events and activations that elevate our brand and enhance the guest experience across our food halls. Working closely with the Head of events and Marketing, you will contribute to delivering a comprehensive programme of activities that drive footfall, create vibrant communities, and support our overarching strategic goals.
This position is integral to fostering collaboration across teams and ensuring that every event aligns with our vision while exceeding guest expectations. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for delivering unforgettable experiences will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Event Research and Concept Development: Research develop, and execute innovative event concepts that align with our brand vision and strategic goals.
* Programme Delivery: Support the implementation of the events programme across all food halls, working closely with internal teams, including marketing and external partners.
* Event Logistics: Manage all event logistics, from planning to set up, execution and breakdown, ensuring smooth delivery.
* Creative Collaboration: Brief creative teams on asset requirements to support and promote events, ensuring all activities are communicated well in advance.
* Event Evaluation: Monitor and review event performance, ensuring objectives are met, and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.
* Market Monitoring: Keep track of competitor activities and trends at similar venues to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
* Operational Coordination: Work closely with operational colleagues to guarantee seamless event execution, including preparing detailed run sheets and coordinating logistics.
* Annual Planning: Actively participate in the annual brand planning process with the wider marketing team.
