The purpose of this role is to ensure an effective and efficient clerical and administration service is provided to the Chief Executive Officer and as required to the Chair of trustees. This role requires the maintenance of appropriate governance records within the association including minutes, agenda and associated papers for Board and committee meetings and the annual governance meeting. Governance compliance and arrangements regarding timely and efficient reporting is also an essential part of this role.
We are seeking a skilled individual with experience of working with trustees and dealing with regulators and statutory bodies, with experience in governance policies and procedures. You will have the knowledge and understanding of the Charity Commission and charity housing regulations body. You’ll share our passion for commitment to equality of opportunity in the provision of support services. The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
