Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic team and help us continue our success. This is a key role within the club, crucial to delivering high-quality gymnastics and activity sessions across all ages and levels. The Role: As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for coaching across our Participation Programme. You will need to adapt your coaching style to suit a range of ages and abilities, ensuring that every child has a positive and rewarding experience. Your work week will typically span Monday to Sunday, with hours allocated accordingly. Key Responsibilities: · Deliver Excellent Coaching: Provide engaging, high-quality gymnastics coaching that aligns with our mission to enrich children’s lives and inspire confidence and joy. · Adaptability: Tailor your coaching approach to accommodate various ages and skill levels, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment for all participants. · Multi-Venue Commitment: Work across our venues in Oldbury, Halesowen, and any future locations as needed. · Safety and Compliance: Conduct risk assessments, ensure equipment safety, and adhere to all club policies to protect participants at all times. · Customer Engagement: Demonstrate exceptional customer service by fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and guardians. · Administrative Support: Assist with booking systems, administrative tasks, and communication, ensuring smooth operations and a professional experience for our members. · Embody Our Values: Uphold our core values of trust, professionalism, excellence, and fun in every aspect of your work, contributing to a vibrant and energetic club atmosphere. Requirements: · A minimum Level 2 or 3 coaching qualification in Men’s, Women’s, or General Gymnastics. · Experience in planning and delivering coaching sessions. · Certifications in safeguarding and first aid. · Strong communication skills, with competency in literacy and numeracy to Level 2. · A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential. · A team player who is reliable, punctual, and willing to travel between venues.
