Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for an individual with experience in digital marketing, particularly in the beauty and health sector, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop to drive traffic, brand awareness, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for TikTok Shop to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales conversions.
2. Manage TikTok Shop campaigns from start to finish, including content creation (lives), affiliate collaborations/programmes (TikTok affiliate portal), and performance tracking.
3. Work with the Assistant Influencer and Social Media Manager to ensure parity across channel and shop.
4. Proactively analyse trends and stay ahead of platform shifts and audience preferences on TikTok.
5. Identify and lead the execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
6. Experiment with new technologies like AI and CGI to create immersive, high-quality digital assets.
7. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all digital initiatives.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
1. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, offering guidance on creative direction, strategy, and performance.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Logistics, to align on business objectives and integrate marketing efforts seamlessly.
Brand Growth & Performance Reporting:
1. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts, reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
2. Use data and insights to continually refine strategies and improve brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
Key Requirements:
1. 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on e-commerce and social media platforms (TikTok Shop experience is essential).
2. Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns within the beauty and/or health sector.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.); Microsoft; Canva (preferable).
4. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals.
5. Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with different departments and external partners.
