Efficiently resolve technical issues using advanced troubleshooting skills. Leverage SCCM experience to improve system management and deployment processes. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in desktop and trade floor support within financial services. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows 10. Experience with Market Data Applications, particularly Bloomberg, is highly desirable. Demonstrated troubleshooting skills. SCCM experience is a strong advantage.
