About the Job The Global Campaign & Content Specialist for Retention is a key role in the area of media & channel activation, and focuses on planning, developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns at a global and regional level across all channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role focuses on marketing campaigns to; retain current IB World Schools, increase student numbers and cohort size, and to cross-sell programmes. Managing external agencies and internal services to support with the creation and delivery of campaigns and content, the Global Campaign & Content Specialist also plays a key role in managing the external marketing budget. This opportunity can be offered on a Hybrid basis to those living a commutable distance from Cardiff Gate Offices. Working patterns will be discussed and considered on an individual basis (we are happy to consider travel to the office on a weekly, bi-monthly or monthly basis). Please outline your requirements in your application. Additionally, you will be invited to join the Global Team at an international office circa 3 times per year (most likely the Netherlands). We offer a Flexible-Working Schedule with our core hours being 10am-12pm and 2pm-3pm, meaning you can flex your hours between 7am and 7pm to suit your professional and personal needs. Key Responsibilities Leading and managing content development; coordinating the planning, scheduling, execution and revision of global campaigns. Partnering closely with internal departments such as the IB World Schools, Business Development and Recognition, develop and activate campaigns and customer incentives to maximize IB School retention and upsell additional IB offerings to IB Schools. Continually monitoring performance and liaising with the relevant departments during implementation and to revise existing campaigns and content. Ensuring the preparation of brochures, folders and other digital materials according to IB standards and quality. Managing content and deadlines from external agencies in line with campaign execution. Accountable to the Head of Marketing for the global campaign and content marketing budget, ensuring external agencies stay within budget. Communicating campaigns/promotions and plans to relevant internal departments. Working closely with the Schools Communications Manager to align campaigns and content with communications to Schools. About You Educated to bachelor’s degree level or higher Extensive experience in end-to-end campaign management and content marketing. Previous International Content experience with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of regional differences and approaches required. Demonstrable understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools, with the ability to generate insights and actions. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, pro-active, hands-on attitude. Highly skilled in stakeholder management and influencing, fostering support for new ideas and uniting diverse groups. Excellent team player with the ability to develop effective working relationships internally across functions and externally to agencies. Able to provide strategic guidance. Excellent written and verbal English skills The ability to speak Spanish is desirable.
