Are you a driven Health, Safety & Facilities professional with a strong background in hard services? I’ve partnered with a leading player on HS2 looking to add a Senior Health, Safety & Facilities Manager, at an incredibly exciting time to join them. You will be based from their head office in Birmingham with occasional travel to project compounds.
Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be:
•Running monthly meetings with the wider facilities team to drive consistency and performance
•Producing monthly facilities report to collate data and highlight areas for improvement
•Maintaining the Compliance system across the project escalating as required
•Collating performance measurables to encourage a high level of collaboration
•Contributing to the continued improvement of quality performance through performance review and training gap analysis
•Promoting company values throughout project delivery
This is a key appointment for a company where workforce wellbeing and happiness is paramount. You will be in charge of driving Health & safety standards across their FM services and must have a demonstrable track record in delivering exemplary performance within this.
Key competencies include:
•NEBOSH qualification (ESSENTIAL)
•Understanding of building HSE Compliance (ESSENTIAL)
•Experience of delivering HSE and Facilities in a construction related environment (ESSENTIAL)
•Awareness of CDM
