Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 annual salary plus full expenses travel to site

I'm currently recruiting for a market leading mechanical & electrical engineering business who have a vast pipeline of upcoming works across London zones 1-4 in the commercial office & landmark infrastructure sectors. Therefore, my client is seeking design & build Electrical Project Managers who have come from either fit out of shell & core background for their project beginning later this year valued from £10 million in the fit-out sector and up to £30 million in infrastructure and shell and core division of the business.

What we're looking for:
* Candidates from a Project Engineering background.
* Experience taking a project from inception till completion with a value in excess of £10 million M&E for fit out schemes or £15 million M&E shell & core installations.
* Looking to progress and commitment to a company's long-term growth.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience:
* Effectively maintain client relationships to secure repeat work.
* Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction phase through to successful project handover.
* Managing on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high standards of electrical installation.
* Lead regular progress meetings, and act as the main point of contact for electrical concerns or design changes.
* Overseeing procurement of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring that all purchases align with project budgets and timelines.
* Corresponding with the site team to monitor installations to ensure they meet regulatory standards, high-quality expectations, and project specifications.
* Upholding health and safety standards on-site and ensuring all works adhere to relevant legislation and building codes.
* Providing regular reports to senior management and clients, detailing project progress, forecasts, and any necessary adjustments.
