We are looking for an organised and proactive admin assistant to join our small office team and provide vital administrative support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keepings things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* General office admin including purchase ledger, invoicing and data entry.
* Taking phone calls and greeting visitors.
* Supporting other team members with any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an admin role including purchase ledger duties is highly desirable.
* Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) plus training will be given for using our Pegasus Opera accounting software.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* A freindly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
