Our Mission
Radical Forge is a Middlesbrough, UK-based developer that has provided co-development services on a range of AAA and indie titles. In 2021 the company created their first original IP, 'Bright Paw', which was published on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One/Series S/X, Google and iOS by Rogue Games. We are currently working on our newest IP, Southfield, which you can look forward to playing soon!
Since its beginnings in 2017, the company has grown to over 60 incredibly talented, collaborative, and creative individuals. We are the sum of our skills, passion, and, most of all, our people. Your Mission
* Ensure that all aspects of production promote a positive team culture and reflect Radical Forge’s people first ethos.
* Lead the production team, be a role model with a supportive and coaching mindset.
* Manage budget, resource planning, and on-time delivery of all projects - providing regular updates to company leadership.
* Establish appropriate production frameworks, with a mindset of continuous improvement.
* Ensure that each project vision is aligned at Lead level, is clearly understood by the wider team and all deliverables contribute to the delivery of that vision.
* Facilitate strong communication and collaboration at the Lead level across all disciplines.
* Use your experience to manage internal and external stakeholders, proactively negotiating, problem solving and resolving challenges as they arise.
* Diagnose production issues and blockers and have the ability and initiative to fix any issues.
* Be flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
Skills Summary
* Previous experience of working at a senior level in a producer role within the games industry or equivalent.
* Full project lifecycle experience across a variety of project types including prototyping, self-publishing and work for hire.
* Experience of managing multiple complex projects and keeping activities on track.
* Strong communication, facilitation, problem solving and presentation skills.
* Able to produce processes others can easily follow.
* Expert Jira skills as well as strong understanding of a range of project management software packages.
This role can be office-based, hybrid, or remote within the UK. We will require all applicants to have a pre-existing right to work in the UK. The role will initially be a 12 month contract with the potential to extend after this.
