Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
3. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry.
6. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
7. Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales role, preferably within the security services industry.
8. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to success.
9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
10. Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
11. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
12. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
