About us
Family Learning works with parents and carers to give them the confidence and knowledge to support their children's learning. We work with parents and children from 18 months to 15 years in Early Years settings, Family Centres, schools, and community venues. We run courses both for the parents on their own or intergenerational where their children attend.
About the role
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work with parents and their Early Years children in intergenerational sessions in the High Wycombe area.
The Early Years courses we offer focus on early reading, language development, and healthy active lifestyles. We encourage parents to interact with their children, providing practical ways to support early development and prepare them for nursery and school. Sessions are 2 hours long and take place during mornings and afternoons, mainly in term time.
About you
Do you have experience working with children? Are you enthusiastic about helping parents support their children’s learning?
Are you available to support on courses for approximately 10 hours per week?
Other information
The LSA rate per hour is £14.15.
