Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants by sourcing high-quality candidates and contributing to successful placements. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Use multiple platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases) to identify, screen, and shortlist candidates for finance and accountancy roles. Initial Candidate Engagement: Conduct telephone interviews with candidates, assessing their suitability for roles and gathering key information such as experience, qualifications, and salary expectations. Database Management: Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate candidate records and ensure all candidate information is logged. Building Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and keeping them informed of relevant opportunities. Collaborate with Consultants: Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and ensure candidate suitability. Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends and developments in the finance and accountancy sectors to better understand the market and candidate landscape.
