Overseeing vehicle servicing, taxing vehicles, and MOT 2. Manage vehicle booking diary 3. Drop-off and collection of vehicles as required 4. Managing the allocation and handover of vehicles 5. Maintaining and updating accurate driver profile database and licence checking 6. Invoice costing, processing, and filing 7. Checking, chasing and auditing business mileage logs 8. Administration of fuel card account 9. Data inputting, maintaining documents and working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets 10. Maintaining and updating motor insurance database 11. Report/monitor accidents and liaise with insurance companies
