About the role I am a young gentleman in my early 20s with complex health needs, living at home with my family and our pet dog. I am very active and like to spend time at home and in the community with my care team. I play and coach wheelchair football and enjoy going out for food, going to the cinema, and walking the dog. When I am at home, I enjoy watching films and playing on my Xbox. I can communicate well and have a good awareness of my complex needs and the support that I require. About you You will be required to assist me with all aspects of my personal care as well as supporting me with the administration of my medication, my moving and handling needs to include all transfers as well as regular repositioning during the night. I will also require support with my ventilation and suctioning needs as required. Car drivers with a full, clean driving license are essential as I require support to access the community, and candidates must meet the requirements for motor insurance purposes.
