Person specification Duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Providing high quality, evidenced-based psychological therapy to service personnel with more complex needs under the care of the Network North Managing a clinical caseload, with input in to other cases based on need, delivering optimum personal and professional standards to assist the care process in accordance with DCMH protocols and clinical governance. Acting as a clinical and educational resource, both within the Network and to the broader military community, to Medical Officers/General Practitioners (MO/GP), advise Unit Commanders on mental health matters and the administrative management of personnel with mental health needs and lead with Health Promotion initiatives. Qualifications Degree plus additional specialist training or experience to Masters level. Specialist knowledge across a range procedures underpinned by theory. Professional knowledge acquired through degree supplemented by post registration qualification or equivalent experience.
