UK Sales Manager - Off-Site Built Modular Building's

Due to growth and expansion, a UK Sales Manager - Off-Site Built Modular Building's is required by our client to work across the UK.
The client is a well-established market leader within the Modular Building's / Off-Site Construction sector, they are instantly recognisable within the industry and are well known for having a high-quality, industry leading product range which makes them extremely competitive against competition. They also feel it is an exciting time to join the organisation as the company continues to prosper, year on year and has ambitious growth plans in place for over the next 5 years.
They are looking for applicants with proven Sales, Business Development and Sales Management skills in Modular Buildings / Off-Site Construction, alternatively you will have a strong knowledge of Selling into the Health Sector but specifically the NHS, but they would also consider candidates with experience of selling a different High Value Products into the Health sector / NHS such as for example MRI Scanners or CT Scanners etc.
The business is very well established and strong within the NHS and Wider Health sector plus what they do is very bespoke and flexible which will make an enormous difference with customers and they are very much a specialist within the sector.
As the UK Sales Manager - Off-Site Built Modular Building's, you will be responsible for the sales and business development of the company's high-quality products. The role will be a mix of working from home, working from the office and then out visiting clients and customers.
You will be measured on the number of clients you go and visit / meet with leading to developing relationships, the pipeline you subsequently build but ultimately, sales achieved.
The role offers excellent and potentially rapid opportunities for Career Progression into more senior management positions in the company for the successful applicant so you will be an ambitious and forward-thinking individual. More specifically, the plan is to grow a Sales Team around this person so again it is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.
You will possess a Proven Track Record of Business Development and Sales in Modular Buildings / Off-Site Construction, or you will have a strong knowledge of selling into the Health Sector (specifically the NHS) or you will experience of selling another High Value Product into the Health sector / NHS again as an example, MRI Scanners or CT Scanners.
The company require applicants who can demonstrate a proven track record and who can also demonstrate that they can build but also maintain key client relationships at all levels. They are also looking for someone who is confident, is a great relationship builder and is very professional. You must be well presented, is decisive and can use their initiative, is patient, bring strong mentoring skills and is very personable.
The key selling points of the role are they are true off-site providers who can offer the right solution with minimal disruption to the client plus they can offer financial solutions tailored to the client. You will be working within a rapidly growing and developing industry within an established and robust business that is performing very strongly. But again, the biggest selling point is the fact that there is huge scope to build a team around you which could lead to a Head of Sales role.
