Reed is supporting a dynamic national law firm with the hire of a Legal PA to join on a part time, permanent basis in Central Bristol. Seeking a candidate to work 21 hours per week, flexible on how you work those hours across the working week. Offering hybrid working, with 2 days to be office based. The role offers a dynamic work environment where you will support high-level stakeholders within the legal sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal support, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 full time equivalent (£17,400 - £18,600 pro rata) Duties: Coordinate multiple complex email inboxes and busy diaries, proactively managing time and priorities to align with individual and firm objectives. Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with appropriate discretion. Provide effective gatekeeping to the Director of Legal and Commercial Risk, focusing on forward planning and scheduling to anticipate needs and mitigate potential issues. Support legal document production and amendments, ensuring adherence to house style and demonstrating attention to detail. Manage and coordinate travel itineraries and expenses, including booking trains, flights, and accommodation. Schedule and facilitate meetings and appointments, prepare papers and agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes as needed. Undertake additional responsibilities to meet business requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in PA roles, preferably managing complex and confidential diaries and emails for multiple senior-level stakeholders. Previous experience in a legal environment, with a strong understanding of legal documentation. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work proactively, think ahead, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and confidence in decision-making. Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, iManage or similar document management systems, and document compare platforms.
