Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond to customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department when needed.
Issue Resolution: Provide assistance with product-related queries, process complaints, and help solve any issues that arise.
Sales & Orders: Assist with product sales, take orders, and follow up on customer purchases.
Communication: Respond to email inquiries, liaise with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
Returns & Exchanges: Process customer returns and exchanges as required.
Payment Processing: Chase outstanding payments and take payments over the phone securely.
Account Management: Open new customer accounts and maintain up-to-date customer information on the database.
