Senior Utility Analyst
£25,000 - £32,500 plus great benefits (Work Level 6B)

We're looking for a Senior Utility Analyst to join our Source to Pay team within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You'll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of 'co-operating to build more value for member-owners everyday'.
As a Senior Utility Analyst, you'll help us to validate utility bills for suppliers, helping to make sure that suppliers are paid accurately and on time. We'll look to you to manage more complex queries on behalf of the team, making sure we are always providing an excellent service.
What you'll do
* Validate utility bills for internal and external customers, taking on complex accounts for the team
* Complete Change of Tenancies
* Manage complex supplier and customer queries
* Be involved in Power Billing Transformation, where you'll be reviewing our current processes and making them fit for the future
* Complete monthly finance support (accruals)
* Take supplier query and debt resolution calls
This role would suit people who have
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and good general IT skills (you're comfortable using programmes in Microsoft Office / 365)
* Strong communication skills
* Experience in the utility industry
