Are you a friendly and organised Receptionist who enjoys interacting with people?
Our client, a leading organisation in the commercial real estate industry, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in central London - Oxford Circus.
The role of Receptionist:
* Create a welcoming and secure atmosphere by providing passes to new joiners and guests
* Assist with room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are prepared with refreshments and maintained in a clean and tidy condition
* Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals and addressing caller's needs effectively
* Support the Office Manager with ordering office supplies, unpacking deliveries, and maintaining stock levels
* Coordinate with the main reception/front desk regarding visitors and deliveries
* Assist with office email communications and other administrative tasks as required
* Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail
The ideal Receptionist:
* Previous experience as a Receptionist is essential - 5 years ideally
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Approachable and friendly demeanour
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook)
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Thrives in a front-of-house, people-oriented role
* Willingness to support colleagues with administrative tasks
