Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic Senior Marketing Data Analyst (circa £48,000 + Benefits) to join a thriving B2C brand in Hertfordshire. The client is a growing global brand in a really exciting & dynamic market. Their next stage of growth involves building out their data team and this new role plays a huge part in their strategy moving forward.
Responsibilities include:
Reporting and Insights:
* Develop and present actionable insights that support customer acquisition and engagement, driving optimal value for the business.
* Enhance the existing suite of campaign and KPI reports within the CDP and through Power BI / MS Fabric.
* Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and channels.
* Support the e-commerce team with website performance analysis via the CDP and Google Analytics.
Data Strategy Support:
* Work closely with the CRM Manager and CRM Executive.
* Support the Head of Data on organisation-wide data analysis projects.
* Collaborate with team members and external agencies to embed a data-driven decision-making approach.
CRM and Data Platform Management:
* Manage the CRM Customer Data Platform (CDP), including setup, maintenance of data integrations, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
* Develop customer profiles and segments.
* Work with the Data Protection Officer, CRM Manager, and Head of Data to ensure GDPR compliance and implement data protection best practices.
You'd be joining a collaborative, ambitious team who are investing heavily in data in a great working environment, with a hybrid working option. The successful candidate will have enjoyed specific marketing & digital analytics experience preferably working closely with CRM & e-commerce.
