Hospitality/Facilities Assistant \n\nSalary: £27,000\n\nLocation: St Katherine's Dock\n\nWork Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe are seeking a Facilities Assistant to join our client, a highly successful Market Research company. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will be supporting with facilities and tech support for company meetings.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCreate and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.\nOversee the smooth operation of meeting rooms and hospitality areas\nHandle inquiries and requests.\nManage and maintain audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms\nWorking closely with the facilities manager on any issues and building maintenance\nProvide catering support\nAssist with new staff induction\nPrepare monthly staff attendance\nAssist in health and safety reporting\nSupport the marketing team with the UK Info email box.\nDistribute early morning catering.\nPerform general ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nA smartly presented professional with experience in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of AV equipment\nA professional attitude\nExcellent prioritisation\nExperience setting up hybrid meetings using technologies\nProblem-solving skills\nFlexibility to adjust your schedule based on business needs.\nProficiency in MS Office, including Microsoft Teams.\nA basic understanding of workplace health and safety is desirable.
