Therole
In this role you'll have theopportunity to make a real difference to the way in which RoyalNavy personnel are trained. As the Media Administrator you'llsupport the Integrated Training Design Service to deliver learningthat is blended, active and provides customerdelight.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Accountable for all media tasksassigned to you with regards to training transformation. Anadvocate for the creation of media that is not only active andengaging, but also inclusive and learnercentric.
* Supporting the Media team in theproduction of interactive, innovative and engaging media content,adhering to the Courseware and Media productionprocess.
* First point of contact for customerswith regards to the 'direct customer request service' for trainingdesign media support within yourlocation.
* Providing a personable and positivecustomer experience.
* Booking work requests intothe media management system, ordering media consumables andensuring deadlines are met.
* Maintain accuraterecords and track media status for all ongoing work requests,including design review change logs and productionschedules.
* Support in compiling information andreports where required and the active communication of work inflow.
* Provide administrative support for theQuality Management System, and ensure that all media-related items,including 1st and 2nd Party Audits, are properly identified andactioned.
* Provide administrative support formedia meetings, including organising media design review meetings,setting the agenda, taking minutes, recording change log actions,and distributing the minutes to requiredstakeholders.
* Building strong stakeholderrelationships internally and externally to positively contributetowards training transformation.
* Responsiblefor the continuous professional development ofyourself.
* Support the media developers in theoutput of media content and large formatgraphics.
* Adhering to the Quality Assuranceprocedures and standards.
* Ensure compliancewith MoD & Raytheon (Team Fisher) policies, regulations,and procedures.
* Employees are responsible fortheir own Health and Safety and that of work colleagues andcustomers.
* Follow security standards and systemrequirements to protect data and ensure smoothoperations.
* Any other duties required tocomplete the Integrated Training DesignService.
* Occasional travel to other customersites may be required.
Essential:
TheMedia Administrator will be ableto:
* Demonstrate experience from aprevious administrative customer servicerole.
* Demonstrate attention to detail, apassion for quality, be able to plan, multitask, deliver on timeand work independently.
* Work well in a team andon own initiative.
* Adopt a flexible approach tothe role, adapt to evolvingpriorities.
* Demonstrate previous experience incollating data and maintaining accuraterecords.
* Demonstrate excellent IT skillsincluding the use of Microsoft Office and the ability to be able totake effective meeting minutes.
* Demonstrate apassion to learn, collaborate, and demonstrate best practiceswithin the business and customers.
