Our client is seeking a Business Development Support Legal Assistant to work closely with the Business Development Manager, supporting new quotes and driving new business for the Residential Property Department. This role requires prior experience in Residential Property within a law firm, as well as a solid understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and the specific information needed for different types of purchases and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Business Development Manager with new business enquiries and generating accurate quotes for prospective clients.
Liaising with clients in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring timely responses to queries.
Managing and tracking incoming enquiries, supporting the firm's business development initiatives.
Ensuring all necessary compliance and regulatory requirements are met for new matters.
Supporting fee earners with administrative tasks related to new business and client onboarding.
Contributing to the department’s growth and participating in business development activities.
