Key Responsibilities
Manage & Oversee: Coordinate all aspects of temporary works, ensuring compliance with BS 5975: 2019 and CDM Regulations 2015.
Collaborate & Mentor: Engage with contractors and stakeholders to maintain high standards, while leading and supporting Temporary Works Supervisors.
Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify and resolve potential issues proactively, keeping safety and project goals front and centre.
Documentation & Compliance: Work closely with the Temporary Works Lead to ensure all processes and documentation meet project and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: At least 5 years as a Lead Temporary Works Coordinator in a construction or engineering setting.
Certifications: CITB Temporary Works Coordinator, familiarity with CDM Regulations, and strong knowledge of BS 5975: 2019.
Leadership & Communication: Proven organisational, mentoring, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire a "One Team" culture focused on continuous improvement.
Additional Qualifications
