You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance Repairs to our customers properties.

You will be paid weekly, with a guaranteed 39 hour working week, as well as annual pay reviews.

The Plumber role:
We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.
Completion of 2nd fix plumbing and associated repairs work within social housing/residential premises.
Typical repairs include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repairs.
Attending reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, and on occasions planned refurbishment jobs (within void properties)

Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.
Emergency call out will be expected, on a rota basis
What you will bring as a Plumber
Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant response environment experience (albeit not essential)
Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
