We’re looking for an exceptional HR Administrator to support the global HR Team and work closely with business partners and other team members to provide administrative and support for the full reward cycle across CMR. This will include assisting with the implementation of key HR programs and projects across the organisation. The duties for this role include being first point of contact for employee queries, project administration in areas such as rewards, and HR process improvement as well as providing administrative support to the team This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office in Cambridge and occasional travel to our manufacturing facility in Ely. Responsibilities Support the administration of the annual reward process. Actively supports the delivery of HR Processes, projects and initiatives around Reward and Data Effective use of data from our HR systems to collate and produce meaningful HR management information and other data requirements Prepare contracts, new starter paperwork and carry out pre-employment checks. Lead the onboarding process for new starters, including the coordination of induction training. Facilitate the leaver process, ensuring our HRIS is updated. Prepare and process any staff changes including correspondence and system updates. To support in responding to incoming HR queries, inc. monitoring and responding to HR inboxes, resolving queries and redirecting to local HR Partner when appropriate. Support the set up, tracking and monitoring of holiday, sickness and absence. Develop HR System skills to become confident supporting colleagues and the business to resolve queries. Drive continuous improvement of our HIRS by managing defects and improvements in the systems and ensuring all data held in the system is accurate. Maintain employee records and the HR system, ensuring we are compliant at all times. Process data input for monthly payroll. Support the team with additional HR administrative requirements. We’d expect you to be willing to turn your hand to anything within the People Team remit that helps the team deliver its objectives. About you To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be: Demonstratable experience in a similar HR administration/administration position.
