The Role
This position is part of the Part Exchange team within this reputable firm’s Plot Sales department. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the conveyancers in the acquisition and resale of part exchange properties for their housebuilder clients.
Key responsibilities

* Opening and closing files
* Preparing standard letters and documents, and handling general administrative duties
* The role also involves submitting searches, Land Registry applications, and SDLT forms, as well as preparing bills and invoices

The Person
Our client is looking for a personable, proactive and organised individual with strong administrative skills.
Ideal candidates will be self-sufficient, capable of managing their own workload, and able to build and maintain client relationships.
