Product Manager (New Markets)
Salary: 61,500 - 68,000 GBP per year
At The Royal Society of Chemistry, we are looking for an innovative Product Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge digital products aimed at promoting sustainable laboratory practices. This position is an 18-month fixed-term role and is crucial to our professional development program as it aligns with our sustainability strategy and commercial initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Extensive experience in new product development, preferably in digital learning
2. Degree in Business Administration, Instructional Design, or a related field (a background in chemical sciences is a plus)
3. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of digital learning models
4. Proven track record of successful product launches
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
6. Working knowledge of learning management systems
Your Responsibilities:
As the Product Manager, New Markets, you will:
1. Conduct market research and develop product strategies
2. Lead the end-to-end development of online learning and certification products
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and technology teams
4. Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate the product vision
5. Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
