Responsibilities Analyse client requirements and design customised mortgage solutions using Sopra Banking software. Provide expert consultation and support throughout the implementation process, specifically for mortgage-related projects. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on mortgage modules. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sopra Banking software, with a focus on mortgage functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of mortgage solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in mortgage services and Sopra Banking software. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sopra Banking Software Consultant or similar role, with a focus on mortgages. In-depth knowledge of Sopra Banking software and its mortgage modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to travel to client site as needed. Experience with product configuration, compliance, and application support.
