This is a fixed-term position where the successful candidate can join a team of incredibly caring, forward-thinking staff, committed to providing the highest quality education for our enthusiastic learners, supporting positive outcomes for all. The main duties of the role are:
1. Curriculum support - contribute to curriculum planning and evaluation, assist in delivery of lessons, undertake agreed learning activities, use ICT in learning activities.
2. Support for pupils - support individual, assist with development of Individual Target Plans and Pupil Intervention Plans, assist with pupil supervision on trips off the premises, promote independence and development of self-esteem.
3. Support to teacher - assist with lesson planning, attend parents' evenings, active involvement in day to day management of the learning environment, liaise with family.
4. Professionalism - follow all school procedures, engage with school communication systems, maintain professional conduct, contribute and uphold the ethos and values of the school.
