Project Support Administrator

Pearson Whiffin are recruiting for a Project Support Administrator to join our rapidly growing client who are based in Mid Kent. This position will start out on a temporary basis with the opportunity for the right person to join their team permanently.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to get a start in project management, someone who is enthusiastic to learn who has an interest to work within the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate their experience within a similar administration role. You will need to be proactive and have a methodical approach. You will be supporting the Project Manager(s) in ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations.
Duties include:
1. Supporting the project manager(s)
2. Working closely with internal stakeholders
3. Ensuring invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner
4. Document control
5. Maintain project related databases and update the system with accurate information
6. Direct procurement
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
7. Experience working within the Construction industry is preferred but not essential, entry level candidates will also be considered
8. Excellent administrative skills and highly organised
9. Basic Microsoft Office experience
10. Demonstrate confidence using Excel, including using formulas and inputting data
11. Able to work to deadlines
12. A proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail
13. Able to pick up systems quickly and effectively
