What you’ll be doing:
* Setting standards and requirements relating to Electrical Infrastructure upgrades
* Review and assess design proposals for new infrastructure and modifications
* Carry out technical investigations and input into problem-solving engineering issues
* Provide discipline support as a subject matter expert
* Production and update of technical reports and standard documentation
Your skills and experiences:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Working towards CEng or ability to attain

The Specialist Engineering Electrical team:
The Site Specialist Engineering Electrical team provides specialist support to the business with respect to electrical standards and requirements. The team supports a wide range of electrical disciplines with opportunities to develop in Power Distribution, Control & Instrumentation, and Communications. Each day varies with the chance to problem-solve and drive innovative solutions from your experiences. As the Barrow site infrastructure grows, you can play a part in the development of new facilities and help drive improvements in aging and existing electrical installations. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
