Job Description
* Analyse and resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
* Prepare accurate invoices and credit notes.
* Perform account reconciliation tasks.
* Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to correct billing errors.
* Support the development of internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for billing activities.
* Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
* Participate in internal and external audits.
* Ensure compliance with standard procedures and customer agreements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Billing Analyst should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* An understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
* Knowledge of billing procedures and best practices.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and clients.
