You'll have the opportunity to work across our stunning 3 AA Rosette restaurant The Back Garden, and 3 AA Rosette and Michelin featured "chef's table" restaurant Mo, as well as within our beautiful spa and bar areas. We are looking for a Senior Waiter (Chef De Rang) to support our F&B Manager in helping lead our mission of providing a truly exceptional, guest-led experience within all of our F&B activities. You will ideally hold the following experience: Working in a similar role in a red star (or equivalent) luxury hotel setting High volume F&B experience Guest focused and obsessed with 5 guest experience Experience in wine/bar/cocktail service An absolutely meticulous eye for detail Highly adaptable with a fresh, forward thinking approach to creating truly memorable guest experiences We offer a hourly rate of £12.40, rising to £12.60 after one years service, plus a share of the service charge and gratuities - We also offer meals on duty and work uniform.
