Job Description
This position is working in the Automotive Aftermarket division, primarily based in Denham working with all the departments and predominantly supporting the Financial Director, the Commercial Team and Sales Managers. This job is full of variety, including some involvement in ad-hoc projects and general administrative tasks.
1. Understand the Bosch Aftermarket sales strategy and how to deploy it.
2. Learn how to use project management tools to structure task, time management and ad-hoc projects.
3. Attend and support Trade events and exhibitions throughout the year.
4. Support ‘pipeline management’ and sales forecasting projects.
5. Proactively monitor the customer performance and turnover.
6. Provide ad-hoc support to the Sales and Marketing teams which will include being involved in different projects which evolve over the year.
7. Proactively assist in developing new and existing customer relationships.
8. Support with Digital platforms and effectively use them to construct or update customer profiles using the appropriate research methods.
9. Develop sales proposals and deliver them using a presentation style and technique appropriate for the customer. Understand profit & loss and utilise this in building these proposals.
10. Present relevant products and/or services, explain the features and benefits to the customer.
11. Become The Taskmaster at all sales Meetings and proactively engage in the meeting, presenting back the actions.
Qualifications
12. You will have excellent IT skills: especially Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint and be confident using databases and IT systems, Power Bi – desirable.
13. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written (desirable German language)
14. You will have good organisational skills.
15. You will be self-motivated, be able to work independently but also as part of a team.
16. Knowledge of SAP is beneficial but not essential.
Additional Information
This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2025. This position is open to undergraduate students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.

Location: you will be based at the Denham office.
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
