Execute project delivery of Estates infrastructure and construction projects across HMNB Devonport and associated out stations. Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of a project, project governance and working with stakeholders to deliver against clearly defined outcomes that are achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints. Foster collaboration and build relationships with our Industry Partners (and their sub-contractors) and MoD stakeholders to ensure project requirements are delivered within Time, Cost and Quality parameters, aligning with future strategy, and the One Devonport vision. Provide advice and ensure compliance with appropriate MoD and Government policy and processes, in terms of Infrastructure project delivery, monitoring, change control, quality and assurance activity and records. Support the identification of project risks and monitor the implementation of appropriate risk responses / mitigations across the Devonport site, as agreed with the Project Manager Team Leader. Monitor and prioritise own workload and delivery of assigned projects, engaging with appropriate forums to understand future demands and forward work schedule projects. Escalate capacity issues to the Manager where appropriate. Project Management Day to day management of assigned projects and the associated project support team. Set project controls. Advise on appropriate delivery methodologies. Manage effective transition between project phases. Project Performance & Controls Oversee the development of the Project Plan.
