Graphic Designer / Content Marketer Wanted!

Key Responsibilities
1. Design Creation
1. Social Media: Develop scroll-stopping graphics, illustrations, and layouts for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
2. Brand Assets: Design visually cohesive materials, including logos, icons, and templates, that align with brand guidelines.
3. Print & Digital Collateral: Create engaging brochures, presentations, and sales materials to support business goals.
4. Ad Creatives: Design impactful ad visuals and assets for paid marketing campaigns.
2. Creative Collaboration
1. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all designs align with the brand's vision and voice.
2. Collaborate with content creators to integrate visuals with written storytelling.
3. Support team initiatives by providing design expertise for various campaigns and projects.
3. Innovation & Ideation
1. Contribute fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions and marketing campaigns.
2. Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing innovative concepts to the team.
3. Continuously refine and improve designs based on team feedback and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
1. Experience
1. Minimum of 3 years in graphic design or a related role.
2. Skills
1. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
2. Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
3. Attributes
1. Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, with a portfolio showcasing your best work.
2. Organisation: Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
3. Adaptability: Open to feedback and quick to adjust designs to suit evolving needs.
