Platform Resourcing are currently working with a leading Global Manufacturing Company who are looking to expand their team by taking on a Temporary Despatch Administrator in their Cwmbran office.
This will begin as a long-term temporary position, but due to success and frequent expansion within the company, there is always a high possibility of going permanent within the business, if you are performing well.
You will need to have strong administration skills and be able to pick up new systems with ease.
Despatch Administrator Benefits:
* Salary of £12.99 per hour – 37 hours per week
* Hours – Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4.15pm

Despatch Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
* Export Controlled Product
* Create Workflows
* Create Sharepoint Folders
* Add documents to said folders
* Daily Despatch Sweep
* Stream Redates
* Date Validation
* Issuing customer order packs
Despatch Administrator Essential Experience/Qualifications
* MUST have experience of working within a similar administration position within either a manufacturing, production or engineering environment dealing with customers
* Must have dealt with customer orders or deliveries, whether order processing/ providing technical advice/ invoicing/ raising purchase orders/ scheduling teams/ production administration etc.
* Able to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Excellent customer service skills and strong communication both written and verbal
* Knowledge of an ERP/ MRP system would be highly beneficial
Desirable but not essential
* Experience of handling delivery issues, including missing or damaged items
* Experience of preparing delivery notes
