Key responsibilities include driving commercial performance, strategic marketing planning, budget management, and campaign development.
1. Drive Commercial Performance: Strategically plan and execute marketing activities to enhance commercial success.
2. Strategic Marketing Planning: Create and implement an annual 360 Strategic Marketing Plan integrating digital marketing, PR, collateral, partnerships, and awards.
3. Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual Marketing expense budget to ensure alignment with Key Metrics and overall business objectives.
4. Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and enhance brand visibility.

Reporting to the General Manager, our Marketing Manager will prioritize exceptional guest experiences and a vibrant workplace culture.
To succeed as a Marketing Manager, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years experience in a Marketing Role in hospitality with a proven Marketing executional experience.
* Previous experience with dealing with companys Senior Stakeholders.
* Manage and lead relationships with our Digital, Social, eCommerce and PR agencies.
