Responsibilities:
1. Conduct phone calls to prospective clients and candidates.
2. Gaining client and candidate traction.
3. Business development.
4. Follow up with candidates to see if they are interested in the position.
5. Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions.
6. Maintain a high level of client engagement and generate new business.
7. Communicate with candidates regularly via phone or email.
Experience:
1. 1-3 years of recruiting experience preferred but not required.
2. Previous experience in sales or business development.
3. Sector experience can be flexible; we have a strong footing in Industrial, Logistics, Engineering, and Commercial, but if you have worked previously in another sector, we are very open to discussion.
