SALES NEGOTIATOR
Sales Negotiator – Ashbourne
I am pleased to offer this excellent opportunity for a sales negotiator to join this vibrant busy office in Ashbourne. My clients are a successful Independent Award Winning Estate Agent with an excellent reputation who pride themselves on Customer Service and enhancing careers through training.
They are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join the team who can achieve and exceed team sales targets. Uphold service standards and provide excellent customer service. Maintain applicant database and ensure accuracy of data. Use effective communication techniques to maximise all opportunities for winning new business from all contacts with clients. Absorb information from senior team members to enhance learning of negotiation skills and the sale progression process. Cross sell and promote other services.
Main tasks:
1. Attend and contribute in daily morning meetings
2. Work towards achieving office daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets
3. Comply with all Company service standards
4. Answer the telephone and deal with enquiries
5. Meet and greet visitors in a polite, friendly and professional manner
6. Register applicants on Jupix & Lifesycle databases ensuring complete and accurate input of data
7. Communicate with and seek out opportunities for Valuation and Financial Services appointments from each applicant
8. Take responsibility for own applicant register
9. Set review dates to communicate with applicant within 48 hours to obtain viewings
10. “Hot Call” all new instructions to Hot applicants to arrange viewings as quickly as possible
11. Ensure all new instructions are matched to applicants and sent out by e-mail, text or post.
12. Arrange viewings with vendors or provide accompanied viewing service when necessary
13. Communicate viewing feedback to vendors within 48 hours of viewing
14. Check in keys for properties where accompanied viewings are to be carried out
15. Book Valuation appointments via Lifesycle – obtain as much detail as possible to assist the valuer and promote services prior to valuation appointment
16. Mark valuation appointment as Hot, Warm or Cold
17. Advise Admin team of necessary updates to property details on Jupix where necessary, e.g. price change
18. Negotiate offers between applicants and vendors, taking advice from Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator
19. Keep accurate notes on Jupix of all discussions with all parties throughout the sale negotiation process
20. Qualify all sales with Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator before instructing sale and making “Under Offer”
21. Ensure all information about sale transaction is complete before transferring details to the sales admin team to issue memorandum of sale
22. Ensure any other relevant details not noted on Jupix are advised to co-workers and Sales Manager / Sales Director
23. Attend relevant training sessions to develop knowledge of government legislation regarding estate agency
24. Ensure all compliance procedures regarding AML, GDPR, Estate Agents Act 1979 and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 are being followed and recorded properly
25. Ensure the TPO Code of Conduct is followed at all times
26. Work towards gaining Propertymark Level 3 Technical Award
27. Work with the Sales Director / Sales Manager to secure positive feedback via Feefo | Google | Social media platforms
28. Cross sell and promote other services
29. Maintain a high standard of dress code
30. To undertake additional duties as may be assigned from time to time
