Hours: 08:30 – 15:30

Nene Education Trust is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team. This role involves supervising students in the absence of their class teacher by delivering pre-planned lessons, ensuring they stay on task with their work and manage behaviour professionally.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support students, ensuring they remain engaged with set tasks.
Maintain a positive classroom environment, managing behaviour in a fair, professional manner.
Report on student progress and any issues to relevant staff.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least a Masters Degree
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to teaching.
Experience working with young people (desirable).
